BLOOMINGTON – Due to Norfolk Southern Railway Maintenance, road closures and sidewalk closures will occur at the rail crossing on Grove Street between Allin Street and Low Street starting June 24 through June 26.
In addition, through traffic on Grove Street is restricted between Allin Street and Low Street. Drivers should anticipate traffic delays and consider alternate routes. Constitution Trail will remain open during maintenance.
