Details have been released from the Bloomington Police Department on specific warrants in McLean County against shooting suspect Floyd Brown.
BPD says Brown is wanted in connection with three residential burglaries in the Twin Cities between May and December 2018.
A reckless driving warrant for Brown’s involvement in a multi-vehicle crash while leaving the scene of a burglary in December of last year is also on file.

- Residential Burglary in the 500 block of Ironwood Drive, Normal in June 2018
- Residential Burglary at 3200 block of Dorsett Court, Bloomington in December of 2018
- Reckless Driving stemming from the 3200 block of Dorsett Court residential burglary

Bond for Brown in McLean County is set at $200,000.
McHenry County Sheriff’s Deputy Jacob Keltner was fatally shot Thursday when the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force was serving an arrest warrant on Brown in connection to charges in McLean, Macon, Champaign counties, as well as an Illinois Department of Corrections parole violation.
Brown took off in a vehicle headed south and eventually crashed on Interstate 55 near Lincoln.
The crash was followed by a six-hour standoff with police before he was taken into custody.
Brown is scheduled to appear in federal court in Rockford on first degree murder charges on Monday.
