Road closures due to Sugar Creek Arts Festival in Normal

NORMAL – Due to The Sugar Creek Arts Festival taking place this weekend, the following streets will be closed:
Friday, July 10:
• North Street from Fell Avenue to Uptown Circle
• Broadway Avenue at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and North Street
• Constitution Boulevard
• Uptown Circle will be signed “NO PARKING” after 2:00 pm and will be closed at 3:30 pm for vendor set up.
• E. Beaufort Street will remain open from the alley to Linden Street until Saturday morning.

Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12:
• North Street from Fell Avenue to Uptown Circle
• Broadway Avenue at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and North Street
• Constitution Boulevard
• Uptown Circle
• E. Beaufort Street from Uptown Circle to Linden Street will be closed. Streets will reopen on Sunday evening as tear down permits.

Parking will be free in the College Avenue parking deck and overflow parking will be available in the Frontier lot on Mulberry Street. The ISU parking deck on the corner of South School Street and West Beaufort Street (southwest of Watterson) is also available free of charge and is a good option at peak times.

The Sugar Creek Arts Festival hours are 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on Saturday and 11:00 am – 4:00 pm on Sunday.
