ISP: Cullom man accused of triple homicide

CULLOM – A Cullom man is accused of murdering three people early Christmas morning.

Clifford Brewer, 53, is being held in the Livingston County Jail pending a bond hearing, according to Illinois State Police. Brewer is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Friday.  ISP said Brewer faces three counts of first degree murder.

Authorities were called around 2:05 a.m. Wednesday to the 400 block of East Jackson Street in Cullom.

Livingston County Coroner Danny Watson pronounced a 51-year-old man, 48-year-old woman, and 27-year-old man all dead at the scene. The victims have not been identified.

The incident is being investigated by State Police, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, and the coroner’s office.
