Bloomington Hy-Vee, other locations no longer will be open 24 hours

BLOOMINGTON – Hy-Vee has announced a big change for most of its stores, including in Bloomington.

The supermarket chain will be doing away with its 24 hour service at most locations.

The Bloomington Hy-Vee, located at 1403 North Veterans Parkway, is one of those changing its hours. Starting Monday, the store’s hours will be 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Most Hy-Vee locations in Illinois are getting rid of the 24 hour service, including stores in Peoria and Springfield.
