McLEAN COUNTY-  State Rep. Dan Brady of Bloomington has beaten back a challenge from the conservative wing of the Republican Party.

Brady on Tuesday defeated local realtor David Paul Blumenshine.

Betsy Dirksen-Londrigan defeated Stefanie Smith Tuesday and will face four term U.S Representative Rodney Davis in November.

In the closely watched McLean County auditor race Michelle Anderson retained her spot over opponent Trisha Mallot.

In Livingston County, incumbent Danny Watson sees his spot taken away as Julie Runyon wins. Watson had less than 1% with 49.4% of votes in his favor.
