Local health officials report four new cases of COVID-19

BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Health Department reports four new cases of COVID-19, increasing the countywide total to 265.

McLean County Health Department Administrator Jessica McKnight reports of the 14 active cases one individual remains hospitalized and 13 are isolating at home.

Officials also report that 238 individuals have been released from isolation and are considered recovered.

Over 13,700 COVID-19 tests have resulted in an overall positivity rate of 1.9%.

The Health Department will be closed on Friday due to the 4th of July weekend.
