NORMAL – Heartland Community College has a new Vice President of Finance and Administration.
With over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles at Western Illinois University, HCC announced Letisha Trepac would serve in the new position.
“My family and I are excited to join the Heartland community and become residents of the robust Bloomington-Normal region,” Trepac said in a news release. “During the search process, I found members of Heartland to be extremely welcoming and passionate about the College’s mission and values. I am excited to serve the College and participate in its role of supporting the community and advancing student success.”
Trepac will begin at Heartland on August 24, 2020, pending approval from the Board of Trustees on August 18.
“Letisha comes to us with a depth of experience beyond that of just budget and finance – holding positions in technology services, human resources, and development during her tenure at WIU,” Heartland President Keith Cornille said. “We are very fortunate to have her join our team and look forward to her new perspective.”
The vacancy was created by the departure of Vice President of Business Services and Institutional Effectiveness Doug Minter, who left the College at the end of May for a position at Waubonsee Community College.
