BLOOMINGTON – Central Illinois Congressmen Rodney Davis and Darin Lahood have won reelection to the U.S. House of Representatives.

Associated Press projected Davis defeated Democrat Betsy Dirksen Londrigan for the second time in the 13th Congressional District. Davis was first elected in 2012 to represent the district covering areas of central and southern Illinois.

LaHood (R-Dunlap) was reelected to the 18th District, defeating Democratic challenger George Petrilli. LaHood was first voted in after a 2005 special election to replace former Congressman Aaron Schock.
