BLOOMINGTON – Jeremy C. Little, 34, of Bloomington, was in McLean County court Monday after being charged with three felony counts of domestic battery.
Assistant State’s Attorney Mary Koll said Little was previously convicted of misdemeanor domestic battery in 2018. He now faces three felony charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery/Strangulation, Aggravated Domestic Battery/Victim Physically Disabled, and Aggravated Domestic Battery.
Koll said the alleged victim is half paralyzed and wheelchair bound due to suffering a stroke.
Bond was set at $50,000. As of Monday afternoon, Little was still in McLean County Jail and had not posted bond (10% of $50,000).
He is due in court for arraignment on June 25.
