Bloomington summer concert series returning to Franklin Park

BLOOMINGTON – The sounds of music are returning to Franklin Park in Bloomington.

The City ‘s Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts department says the free live music is back starting on Thursday, June 10th at 7:00 p.m.

The series continues every Thursday evening, weather permitting, at 7:00 p.m. through July 22, but there will be no concert on July 1st.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating. Franklin Park is located at 302 E. Chestnut in Bloomington.

The outdoor summer concert series first started many years ago in Miller Park. After playing in other park locations over several years, the concerts settled at their home in Franklin Park.
