BLOOMINGTON – Two Bloomington men remain behind bars at the McLean County Jail after a domestic dispute.
Around 7:00 p.m. Monday, BPD officers responded to a shots fire call in the 800 block of E. Jefferson St.
Tuesday afternoon BPD detained three people in connection with the investigation.
Police say, Jahni Lyons, 19, of Bloomington, was arrested for aggravated discharge of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.
There is no bond information available for Lyons.
In addition, investigators charged Geomonte Lyons, 21, of Bloomington with theft, battery, and resisting arrest.
Bond for Lyons was set at $4,500.
After the arrests were made, BPD detectives executed a search warrant for a residence and a vehicle associated with the incident.
During the investigation, detectives seized two firearms and ammunition.
