BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Coroners’ office is releasing names of the victims of a shooting late Tuesday night.

Coroner Dr. Kathleen Yoder reports Lawrence Clemons III, 35, of Houston, Texas, Brittney Harmon, 32, of Bloomington, and Matthias Clemons, 6, of Bloomington, died in the shooting.

Preliminary autopsy results indicate that Lawrence died from a gunshot wound of the head. Meanwhile, autopsy results indicate Mattias died from multiple gunshot wounds.

An autopsy result on Harmon is pending.

Around 7:45 p.m., police were called to the 1000 block of Four Seasons Road.

“A preliminary investigation suggests the homicide occurred during a domestic violence incident inside the apartment; however, the circumstances regarding the homicide are still under investigation,” Bloomington Police said in a news release.
