BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man is facing multiple charges after police reported he allegedly fired a gun in the air.
Bloomington Police report around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a home in the 300 block of Riley Drive for a report of shots fired.
Police say Mark Barker allegedly got into a dispute with neighbors and allegedly fired a gun into the air.
McLean County prosecutors charged Barker with reckless discharge of a weapon, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct.
There were no injuries during the incident, and the case remains under investigation.
