NPD asking for help in locating missing woman

NORMAL – Authorities in Normal need the public’s help in finding a woman who went missing nearly a year ago.

In a news release, NPD reports that Julie Harris, 50, homeless, went missing last December.

Before going missing, Harris was known to visit Bloomington-Normal and the Pontiac area.

Harris does have a medical history of seizures.

Police describe Harris as 5’4″, 130 pounds, brown hair and glasses.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact NPD.
