LEROY – A McLean County man remains behind bars after being arrested in LeRoy.
McLean County prosecutors charged Chad Bruning, 34, with stalking, reckless driving, and disorderly conduct.
Bruning, a convicted felon, also faces a charge of child endangerment.
Bruning remains behind bars in the McLean County Jail.
