NORMAL – Virginia Avenue between Fell Avenue and Prospect Avenue will be closed to through traffic for tree limb removal starting at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, weather permitting.
The road will remain closed until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Detour routes will be signed using Highland Avenue to Prospect Avenue.
