BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man has pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI leading to death in relation to a fatal accident which took place on March 16.
Cameron Embry, 24, accepted a plea deal Thursday. The deal means he will not serve more than 10 years in prison.
Embry was driving drunk when he struck Neal Keller, 30, of Bloomington, who was on a motorcycle near the intersection of Bunn and Lincoln streets in Bloomington.
Embry is scheduled to be sentence on Nov. 13. He will have to serve at least 85 percent of his term.
