WJBC Athletes of the Week: Nov. 9, 2015

WJBC, in partnership with Frontier Communications and Roberts Trophies, is proud to present the WJBC Athletes of the Week.

Winners for the week of Nov. 9, 2015:

Rachel Maguire – Normal Community Volleyball

Rachel had 11 kills, including the game winner, to lead the Ironmen to a 25-20, 19-25, 25-22 win over Lincoln Way North in the Class 4A Supersectional.

Hudson Stedman – Deer-Creek Mackinaw Football

Hudson rushed for 259 yards on 19 carries and scored three touchdowns to lead the Chiefs to a 32-26 win over Mendon Unity in a Class 2A second-round football playoff game.
