WJBC, in partnership with Frontier Communications and Roberts Trophies, is proud to present the WJBC Athletes of the Week.

Winners for the week of Jan. 11, 2016:

Summer Stoewer – Normal Community Girls Basketball

Summer led the Ironmen with 15 points in a win over St. Thomas More and posted a game-high 23 points in a win over Peoria Manual.

Stevie Lee – Bloomington Wrestling

Stevie pinned three opponents in a total of 4:52 to lead the Purple Raiders to a fifth consecutive Intercity Wrestling Meet championship at Normal Community.
