DECATUR- The Illinois Wesleyan Titans men’s basketball team shot 47 percent (16-34) from three point land en route to an 80-61 win over CCIW rival Millikin.
IWU never trailed after beginning the game on a 10-5 run.
The Titans were paced by junior guard Byrce Dolan’s 12 points all of which game in the first half. Freshman Brady Rose had a career high 10 points. Trevor Seibring led IWU with 11 rebounds.
Millikin’s leading scorer was freshman Zach Long with 12 points.
IWU improves to 8-2 in the CCIW after dropping their conference opener to North Central.
The Titans return to action Saturday Feb. 7 as they host North Central at the Shirk Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
