Central Catholic in supersectional tonight on WJBC

BLOOMINGTON – Central Catholic's Saints can march into the Class 2A state finals with a win tonight in the supersectional.

The Saints (22-7) play the Flora Wolfgals of the Little Illini at Millikin University's Griswold Center in Decatur.

CCHS advanced with a 48-46 win over defending state champion Champaign St. Thomas More in the sectional final on Thursday.

Larry Duling and Eric Lapan will have the action on WJBC 1230 AM, WJBC.com and the WJBC app.

University High will play in the Class 3A Sectional semifinals tonight against Springfield at Rochester.

In the Class 4A Sectional, Normal West will battle Rock Island at Pekin.

Tim Lewis will host Sportstalk at 6 p.m.
