BLOOMINGTON – Voters in Bloomington's Ward 4 head to the polls on Tuesday to narrow the field of candidates for a city council seat.

Voting has been consolidated to two locations; Centennial Christian Church, 1219 E. Grove St. and St. Luke Union Church, 2101 E. Washington St.
The polls open at 6 a.m. WJBC will have the results tonight.
Voters in Chicago will be deciding if Mayor Rahm Emanuel is headed for a second term. There are multiple challengers.
According to Metro News Service, recent polls show Emanuel inching toward the 50-percent plus one vote threshold needed to avoid a runoff in April.
