Top 10 list gives rules for medical pot patients

SPRINGFIELD – Public health officials are taking a cue from David Letterman when it comes to information on its medical marijuana program, sort of. 

The department has released a Top 10 list of tips for successfully completing a medical cannabis patient registry application.

No. 1 on the list is getting a physician written certification form, while number two is to make sure you complete and sign your application.
