MCLEAN COUNTY – Three of the four referenda on the McLean county ballot were passed by voters.
Voters said yes to a .40 percent property tax increase in Farmer City for the fire department.
Chenoa residents have said yes to a 1 percent sales tax increase. There will be a 3.9 percent property tax increase in the Lexington school district. That measure was overwhelmingly approved.
In Dry Grove Township, voters said no to eliminating a special tax for the road fund.
