NORMAL – Road construction will resume on Towanda Barnes Road between Fort Jesse Road and Raab Road on Wednesday through Sept. 30.
The road will remain open, but to ensure the safety of the workers, there may be temporary road closings or lane shifts during this time. Delays are expected.
