BLOOMINGTON – The Illinois Department of Transportation has announced that, weather permitting, work is scheduled to begin May 2 for the cleaning and painting of the structure carrying Morris Avenue over I-74 south of Bloomington.
I-74 will be down to one lane with barrier wall in place in both directions while work is ongoing. Estimated completion date is Oct. 31.
