NORMAL – There will be lane reductions on College Avenue at University Street starting at noon Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
The left turn lane on eastbound College Avenue to north University Street will be closed. Westbound College Avenue will be reduced to one lane of travel.
Additionally, periodic lane shifts will occur for westbound College Avenue, as needed. Access to North University Street will be from Locust Street.
The road closure is due to the installation of new water main.
