Bloomington-Normal athletes to declare on signing day

BLOOMINGTON – Wednesday marks the first day of NCAA Spring signing period where high school student athletes can officially declare their college intentions.

Nearly three dozen athletes in the Twin Cities plan to sign either Wednesday or in the coming days.
