BLOOMINGTON – Residents can learn about and give their input on the proposed extension of Hamilton Road in Bloomington at a public open house next week.

The city plans to extend Hamilton between Bunn Street and Commerce Parkway, which will also require some construction along Rhodes Lane between Bunn and Morrissey Drive.

Engineers and city officials will conduct the meeting as an informal open house on Thursday evening from 5 till 7 at Prairie Vista Golf Course on West Hamilton Road. Written statements will also be accepted. Residents may stop in at any time during the open house.
