The City of Bloomington Water Department will be repairing an emergency water valve at the intersection of Seminary Ave. and Cottage Ave. Due to the area where the water valve is located the street will be closed to thru traffic. The work is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 19 at 8 a.m. and will be reopened to traffic by 3 p.m. Friday, October 21.
