Winners for the week of Oct. 24, 2016:

Madison Tattini – Central Catholic Tennis

Madison won the Class 1A singles title with a 6-1, 7-5 victory over Alessandria Bianco of Chicago Latin Academy at the state finals at Buffalo Grove. .

Evan Smith – Tri-Valley Football

Evan rushed for 373 yards on 37 carries and scored five touchdowns as Vikings clinched the Heart of Illinois Large School title with a 42-35 win over Dee-Mack.
