IWU’s McGraw named CCIW Player of the Week

NAPERVILLE – Illinois Wesleyan junior guard Molly McGraw was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for the second time this season, and the third time in her career, on Monday.

The Bloomington Central Catholic alum averaged 19.5 points and shot 51.5 percent from the field for the 2-0 Titans last week. She led the Titans with a game-high 18 points, and tied for the team high with six rebounds in a 70-58 win over Millikin on February 1. Three days later, she scored a game-high 21 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the field, along with four rebounds, four steals and three assists in just 17 minutes of an 85-45 win over Carroll.

The Titans visit North Park on Wednesday.
