BLOOMINGTON – Illinois Route 9 (Locust Street) between Morris and Western will be immediately closed to all traffic due to sewer repairs.
The road will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
Drivers are advised to use Lee Street to Market if they are headed westbound. Eastbound drivers should take Market to Lee.
