Girard man wins Central Catholic $100K raffle

BLOOMINGTON – Dave Hawkinson of Girard was the $100,000 Grand Prize winner in Sunday’s Central Catholic High School Sweet Dreams Cash Raffle drawing.

There were 1,777 entries and 40 cash prizes awarded ranging from $100 to Hawkinson’s top prize of $100,000.

Proceeds from the raffle benefit Central Catholic High School and the school’s scholarship fund.
