They traveled throughout Europe and resided there for a couple of years. They also lived in Connecticut, Tryon, N.C., Dallas, Tex., South Bristol, Maine, and near Heyworth, Ill. In N.C., Barbara Price taught political science and economics at a community college, and was active in the Democratic Party and the League of Women Voters. More recently, she volunteered at OSF, the Museum of History, and was active in History and Art club. She had an appreciation for the fine arts, literature, and the beauty of nature.
